AI Accuracy
"As-Is" service. The user must verify all data, outputs, summaries, deadlines, and recommendations before relying on them.

Zero-Loss Indemnification
The user agrees to pay for all legal defenses, claims, damages, and costs arising from their data, conduct, team activity, or use of the platform.

Sector Privacy
Any hacking, bypass attempt, privilege escalation, scraping, or unauthorized access to protected sectors results in an immediate permanent ban and may trigger legal action.

Liability Cap
Maximum payout is limited to six (6) months of fees actually paid by the user or organization immediately before the claim.

Global Governing Law
This agreement is linked to NyxaVault's future registered jurisdiction and will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NyxaVault is officially registered at the time of dispute.

Data Privacy
Global consent for data processing and storage. By accepting, the user consents to cross-border processing, storage, and lawful handling of platform data.
Acceptance & Audit Trail
By clicking Accept, you confirm that you are authorized to bind your organization and allow NyxaVault to record the acceptance timestamp, IP address, and country as a legal receipt.
